This doesn't have "all the bells and whistles" and I didn't need or want them. Has a prop for a tablet, or cell without a pop socket - bottom edge not wide enough for it but it can be managed. Easy to read display in front of treadmill belt with buttons on rail easy to reach and use. Really doesn't take up much room so I haven't needed to fold it. Couldn't grade it on that. Easy to assemble.... for sure! -- especially if your husband and son both tackle it! Again, I really can't say. They didn't grumble about it and it took...½ hour I suppose.One thing that will be a negative for some and a positive for others: it really is a compact size. I'm 5'2". My taller friends have mentioned a tall person's stride might not have enough walking length, or side rails too short. It has all I want and I like it a lot!It works great, is easy to set up, and I can skip all the fancy settings. Just on, speed up, slow down, stop. Works for me.So far I like this a lot it’s easy to set up and use. I will say when I put the bar the up and tighten it all the way it doesn’t stay tight. Also if I go above 3.5 I do find it get slippery at times. I’ve tried different shoes so I know it’s not the shoe. But overall I love it. I just have to be careful.Stability good (keep in mind I’m not a big person) great for a small space plus super quiet!It’s perfect for what I wanted!!Too big for RV. CANT SEEM TO SELL IT AS THEEE ARE TOO MANY OUT THERE .The power cord strangely comes out of the front of this treadmill, and no matter which side I plug it in, I almost trip getting on it, because I have to step over the very short cord. I have almost tripped, but caught myself. It also is quite a bit harder to put together than I expected.
