This is a classic case of “you get what you pay for”. For convenience, price and also the size of this desk, I ordered it through amazon for a closet vanity/office desk setup. The space is extremely limited and I forgives this would be a convenient and simple solution. And it mostly is.It was simple enough to stick together, all you need is a screwdriver and some basic picture-instruction interpretation skills. Very IKEA like.The desk it made or particle board - not surprising as it needs to be light enough to float! However, it came out of the box patched and scratched. Boo. This is poor quality control and very low interest in providing customers with value.Luckily the patched part, which is the most offensive, is on a side it won’t be seen. However the scratches are on the top of the table. There is also happing on the edges and corners of the desk that stand out because it’s not white.Rather that try to send it back I’m going to cover the top with a peel and stick laminate - like drawer covers. I may to the inside as well if I’m feeling up to it. It would have been easier to do it all before I put it together, so keep that in mind before you build yours.I’m hoping this will hold up and last quite a few years. Although aesthetically displeasing and structurally questionable, it’s still an ideal set up for me now.A friend said I should have just made my own with wood from the hardware store. I’m not terribly patient or enthusiastic about building stuff myself but you would probably be better off if you can!Too heavy for one person to a symbolVery sturdy! Perfect desk for my childs room. You will definitely need two people when drilling it into the wall!This went together reasonably well, though a few of the pictures in the directions seemed to be inaccurate. I found the video on the website and just followed each step. I love the design, and fits the space perfectly.I wish it had holes for the electronic cords. We had to drill our own.It assembled easily. The instructions are easy to follow. Just what I needed for my office.Just buy it !!Need two people to install
